Your task is to drive the future of the state capital Munich as a Smart City in a highly qualified team and thus actively meet the challenges of a rapidly growing metropolis.

You are committed to working in and for national and international funding projects for digital innovations. You apply digitization strategically and creatively and flexibly use methods and practical experience.

In doing so, you also assume coordination and responsibility in city-wide, cross-cutting measures. You advise and support strategic alignment and create synergies.

In doing so, you will work closely with departments, partner networks, business and research. You represent the City of Munich in national and international expert networks.

Through active public relations, you will ensure a positive perception of Munich as an innovative role model and important partner for European smart cities.

In the course of the funding projects and participation at events, travel activities may take place.

You have

  • A successfully completed university degree at master's level in the field of computer science or business information systems or
  • a successfully completed university degree at master's level with many years (at least three years) of professional experience in the field of IT

  • Expertise : Knowledge in digitalization as well as on innovation projects, knowledge in planning and executing collaboration activities and workshops in a complex environment with high internal and external impact, experience in designing and implementing innovations.
